60TH ANNIVERSARY EVENTS AND 10TH WORLD CONVENTION OF THE AOTS ALUMNI SOCIETIES

Members of BAAS,
We are pleased to inform you
that, in conjunction with the 60th
Anniversary Events and 10th World Convention of
the AOTS Alumni Societies which will be held in Tokyo, Japan on 31 July
to 2 August 2019, organized by AOTS.
AOTS Japan has invited One
Representative (normally the President) and a few Members of BAAS to
attend this event. AOTS will bear the cost of air ticket, accommodation, etc.
for the Representative only. All other participating Members will have to bear
the entire expenses.
Please note: You may join with an accompanying
person.
Program Cost:
(Including Air Fare, Accommodation & Food)
Total Program BDT 144,000 approx.)
Application process and
requirement
a) Please fill up the application form. The following three
additional materials must also be submitted by email or hard copy:-
b) Your recent photo (JPG)
c) Your passport (Please ensure that you have genuine and
valid passport)
d) Please note that you will have to give a Security deposit
and Processing fee amounting
to Tk. 25,000/- in favour
of “Bangladesh
AOTS-HIDA Alumni Society” in the form
of pay order/ demand draft while submitting the documents and obtain money
receipt. (Tk. 20,000/- refundable and Tk. 5,000/- processing fee)
e) Further to mention that, if you fail to attend this
program due to your own reason, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
